Stress is inevitable.  It happens to the best of us.  So what are ya gonna do about it?  Hopefully this page will help you find ways to reduce your stress.  Remember:  Breathe in.....(yes, nice and slowly), now breathe out....ok, good....now, wasn't that relaxing??

Create a toolbox of things that can bring you back from stress. Some toolbox items: cd's, poems, books, pictures, coloring books and crayons, finger paints, stress ball, slinky, journal, bubbles, and chocolate.
